A smile designed around your face.

Shade, shape and proportion decided with you rather than off a chart, then made to fit and finished in the practice's own lab. Dr. Gregory Bennett will also tell you when veneers are the wrong answer.

WHAT YOUR EVALUATION INCLUDES

Three decisions, made with you.

Shade, shape and proportion are the three that decide whether a case reads as natural or obvious. They get settled with you, against your facial features, skin tone and gum line.

BEFORE ANYTHING IS PREPARED
What your evaluation covers
Gum health checked first
Decay and structural soundness assessed
Bite, grinding and clenching reviewed
Shade, shape and proportion agreed with you
A written quote for your case
An online request is not a confirmed appointment until the office speaks with you. Veneers are quoted in writing after examination, because the figure depends entirely on how many teeth are treated.

WHEN VENEERS ARE THE WRONG CHOICE

Not all veneers are the same thing.

"Veneer" covers two quite different treatments, and the difference shows up years later. Composite bonding is resin shaped onto the tooth in the chair: quicker and cheaper, but more opaque, more prone to staining, and typically lasting around four to eight years. Porcelain is made to fit you, holds its colour, and lasts ten to twenty years or more with proper care.

WHAT GETS CHECKED FIRST

Candidacy before cosmetics.

01

Gum health

Veneers sit at the gum line, so the gums have to be healthy before anything is designed or prepared.

02

Decay and soundness

A veneer covers a tooth; it does not repair one. Anything structural is treated first.

03

Bite and grinding

Grinding and clenching shorten the life of any restoration, so how you use your teeth is part of the assessment.

04

What you actually want

If the goal is straighter teeth rather than covered ones, Invisalign® or Six Month Smiles is usually the better answer.

PROOF YOU CAN SEE

What a designed smile can look like.

This clinical case is from Arvada Dental Center's official patient gallery. Every case is designed individually, so your own result depends on your teeth, your gums and the design agreed with you.

TWO VISITS, ONE DESIGN

How a veneer case actually runs.

01

Evaluation and candidacy

Gums, decay and bite are checked, and Dr. Bennett says whether veneers are the right route for what you want to change.

02

Preparation and design

A small portion of enamel is removed from the front of each treated tooth so the veneer sits flush, and the design is settled with you.

03

Made to fit you

The veneers are made to your agreed shade, shape and proportion and finished in the practice's own lab.

04

Fitted and bonded

The finished veneers are fitted and bonded at the second visit, and the bite is checked before you leave.

01 · The Turning Point

“I stopped smiling with my mouth open in photos.”

It starts small. The hand that comes up in pictures, the tighter-lipped smile. Then one day you realize you have been editing yourself out of your own photos.

“I got to try my new smile on before anything was permanent.”

A trial smile lets you wear the proposed shape in real lighting before a single tooth is prepared. If something needs adjusting, it happens then not after.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

The things people ask first.

Still unsure? A conversation with the team can help you understand what applies to your specific situation.

How much do veneers cost in Arvada, Colorado?+
Porcelain veneers typically cost $1,200-$2,500 per tooth, depending on the complexity of your case and number of veneers needed. We offer flexible financing options and accept most dental insurance. Our membership club provides additional savings for uninsured patients.‍
How long do porcelain veneers last?+
With proper care, porcelain veneers can last 10-15 years or longer. Maintain them with regular brushing, flossing, and dental checkups. Avoid biting hard objects and consider a nightguard if you grind your teeth.
Do veneers look natural?+
Yes! Modern porcelain veneers are custom-designed to match your facial features, skin tone, and natural tooth color. We use digital smile design to preview your results and ensure you love your new look before treatment begins.
Is the veneer procedure painful?+
No. We use local anesthesia during tooth preparation to ensure your comfort. Most patients experience only minor sensitivity after the procedure, which resolves within a few days. Over-the-counter pain relievers manage any discomfort.‍
How are veneers different from crowns?+
Veneers cover only the front surface of teeth and require minimal tooth preparation. Crowns cover the entire tooth and require more extensive reduction. Veneers are ideal for cosmetic improvements, while crowns are better for teeth with significant structural damage.‍
Can veneers fix crooked teeth?+
Veneers can correct minor misalignment and create the appearance of straighter teeth. However, they're not a substitute for orthodontic treatment if you have significant bite issues or severe crowding. We'll assess your situation during consultation.‍
Do I need veneers on all my teeth?+
Not necessarily. Many patients get 6-8 veneers on their upper front teeth (the "smile zone") for dramatic results. We'll recommend the number of veneers needed to achieve your desired outcome based on your goals and budget.
What happens if a veneer chips or breaks?+
While porcelain veneers are durable, they can chip or crack if subjected to excessive force. If this happens, contact us immediately. Depending on the damage, we may be able to repair or will need to replace the veneer.
Can I get veneers if I have gum disease?+
You must have healthy gums before getting veneers. We'll treat any gum disease first, then proceed with veneers once your oral health is optimal. This ensures the best long-term results.
