Dr. McAninley is a triple alumna of the University of Florida, holding a Bachelor's and Master's in Nutritional Sciences along with her DMD. This rare academic foundation gives her a deeper understanding of how diet, overall wellness, and oral health connect, especially for patients pursuing long-term implant success.
Her interest in dentistry started early. In high school, she worked as a dental assistant for a local periodontist, an experience that shaped the kind of dentist she has become: thorough, gentle, and genuinely invested in every patient's comfort. She takes the time to explain each step of the implant process, making sure patients feel informed and at ease before treatment begins.
For Dr. McAninley, dentistry is about more than fixing teeth, it's about helping people feel confident and well cared for. Outside the Office
Dr. McAninley and her husband Jason have two children and a Golden Retriever named Harper. When she's not in the office, you'll find her enjoying parenthood, hiking the Colorado trails, skiing in the winter, practicing yoga, or baking at home. This grounded, family-first lifestyle is part of what makes her care feel so personal at every visit.
